Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of Great Britain – online trading.

 

Our Terms and Conditions explain our policies, which are designed to ensure you are provided with all necessary information to obtain the service you would expect.


The Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of Great Britain (The Club) provides an online shop dedicated to bringing its customers goods and services in recognition of the shared love of the Wheaten Terrier.


Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent service.

Card Security
All major credit and debit cards are accepted and transacted through PayPal, our payment service provider. This ensures that all card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on heavily encrypted databases, protected by approved online protection.

Postage and Delivery 
All Shop items are usually held in stock and we will do our best to ensure that you do not have an excessive wait for delivery. If we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Please contact us atscwteshop@wheaten.org.ukif you have not received your goods, or had any contact from us within 14 days of placing your order. We will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide full and correct delivery details including postcode. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.

Faulty Goods

As every item is thoroughly inspected by the manufacturer and again by us prior to despatch, these instances are very rare. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us as in the damaged goods section below.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the event that your item becomes faulty after 30 days of receipt but within a reasonable time frame, please contact us regarding possible repair or replacement.

Damaged Goods
If your product has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at scwteshop@wheaten.org.uk and a return address will be sent to you by email.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of this email.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge or issue a full refund (incl. postage costs).

Your Responsibility 
Delivery will be made to the address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide full and correct delivery details including postcode. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.

Your order details will be displayed on screen prior to completing your order to allow you to check the details you are providing us. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email following placement of your order to further allow you to check the details you have provided. It is your responsibility to notify us of any error you have made by emailing us with the correct details and your order number prior to dispatch of your order. We are unable to adjust your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

In the event your order has not arrived due to providing an incorrect delivery address, Royal Mail will usually return the order to sender. In this case, we will issue a refund (excl. P&P charges) once we receive your returned order and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email to inform you that your card or PayPal account has been credited.

If your order is still required, you will need to place a new or replacement order and ensure the correct details are supplied. 

Property
In the event that goods are returned to us which are not the property of The Club, we will contact the owner via email, letter or telephone. Goods which are not the property of The Club will be stored for 4 months and the owner must arrange to collect their goods within this time at their own expense. 

Customer Ratings & Reviews 
Our customer reviews are intended to provide useful and informative product feedback from customers who have purchased from us. By submitting a review, you must ensure your content meets our guidelines:

Your review should include informative details of your opinion of the product purchased only and should not intend to influence the opinions of others. You should not include any content that is inaccurate, false or misleading. Under no circumstances should you infringe the copyright, patent or trademark of any 3rd party or use any language that could be deemed offensive to our customers. Your review should not reference other individuals, websites, companies, email address or telephone numbers.

All reviews are usually published within 14 days however The Club reserves the right to delete or refuse to publish any review which breaches our Terms.

Our Responsibility 
The Club cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online or in any brochure. Dimensions and weights shown are approximate and may vary. The Club cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.
