Whilst we're lucky enough not to have as many dogs to re-home as some other breeds (partly due to the success of our puppy waiting list), we do occasionally have Wheatens who need a new home.
The club keeps a register of people who are looking to re-home a Wheaten and the re-home co-ordinator tries to match up the dogs' needs as best as possible with the prospective new owners circumstances.
There are many reasons why a Wheaten might need to be re-homed - it could be due to the owners changed circumstances, i.e. marital break-up, prolonged working hours, ill health or occasionally we might be asked to help re-home a dog with problems.
At present we're particularly looking for prospective owners who don't have other pets or children. (Click here to see details of any available dogs)
If you're interested in re-homing a Wheaten and would like more information, please contact our re-home co-ordinator using the Puppy List and Rehoming enquiry form
